Fine-Textured Blue/Rye mixture with improved turf-type varieties. Rich green color all year, insect and disease resistant. Grows in both sun and shade. Suburban Blend is a good looking all purpose blend that isn't exclusively Bluegrass and Ryegrass. It also contains Creeping Red Fescue. Red fescue is a shade tolerant grass type.
